This search is conducted through any civil court in the nation and searches for a list of filings by name.  When available, this search provides plaintiff and defendant name, case number, date and any additional information the index provides.  In most courts, a seven year index search is conducted.  This search is offered for upper courts (superior, district, circuit and supreme), lower courts (municipal, district and justice), and federal court.  This is a physical search of the courthouse records in most counties.

Search Requirements:
• Individual's full name or business name
• State, county, city and court type
• Social Security Number (optional)
• Date of birth (optional)

Average Turnaround Time: Approximately 2 to 5 Days

- $25.00 each for state municipal, state superior/appellate, and federal court.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
We need to know specifically which cities/counties you want to search when placing your order.
There are 58 counties in California, 18 in Arizona, etc.

There are three levels of civil courts:  Federal,  District/Superior and
Municipal/City.   We need to know which of these courts you want searched
and in which Federal Districts, County Superior Courts or  City Municipal
courts.

Superior/District courts cover counties, Municipal Courts cover cities.  If
you want a city searched, you want Municipal.  If you want the county
searched, you want Superior/District.  If you search one, you don't get the
other(s) automatically.

We have to know where specifically you want us to search.  There are thousands of
cities and hundreds of counties within all states. Each unit is a separate search.
